WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
NoseVera partners with a global network of trusted factories and fulfillment centers, primarily across Southeast Asia.
We ship worldwide through reliable logistics partners such as USPS, Epacket, YunExpress, and FedEx, ensuring international shipping standards and safe, consistent delivery to our customers.
Our goal is to bring innovative, high-quality beauty and self-care products to customers worldwide with smooth and reliable delivery.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place an order with NoseVera:
1. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your Order # and purchase details immediately after checkout.
2. Order Changes or Cancellation (Within 6 Hours)
You may cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information within 6 hours of placing your order.
After 6 hours, your order is automatically processed and we are no longer able to make any modifications.
3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
4. Tracking Updates
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping email.

Orders shipped to the USA:
7–15 business days
International orders:
7–30 business days

Severe weather, customs clearance, or holiday seasons may result in slight delays.
How can I change my order information?
If you realize you made an error in your shipping address or selected the wrong product, email us as soon as possibleat:
We can only update order information within 12 hours of your purchase.
After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be modified.
Please review your Order Confirmation email immediately after purchase to ensure all details are correct.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.
Because we incur immediate processing, handling, and transaction costs, all cancellations are subject to a 10% fee.
After 6 hours, your order is forwarded to our warehouse and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within five (5) days of the date your package shows as Delivered on the carrier’s system.
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within this 5-day window.
